Production process

A team consisting of design managers and technical-commercial staff provides technical/architectural support from the very early stages, offering solutions in line with the project and the client’s expectations.

The Technical department looks after the engineering of the artefacts, including the study of the application on site, as well as statics and structural verifications. A portion of these is developed in BIM environment

There is a dedicated Project Manager for each project, who coordinates, monitors, and manages all processes from design over engineering to production and installation.

A dedicated team constantly researches avant-garde materials, innovative systems, and the improvement of the performance of the windows, providing visual mock-ups and prototypes to test the solutions developed.

The R&D Team makes use of our in-house testing laboratory to test windows, façade portions and skylights for air/water/wind performance. This system allows for the official certification of our windows in collaboration with the National ITC Institute. Prototype testing for fatigue, wear&tear of the mechanisms, profiles and components of the windows is also carried out. 3D Printers allow for rapid prototyping of any kind of component.

The woodwork is processed by state-of-the-art machinery and manual touch-ups that give the artefact its “handmade” beauty, typically associated with “Made in Italy”. Metal profiles, parts and components as well as hardware and special automations are created in our highly technological and innovative metal workshop

A highly specialized team installs the Capoferri windows all over the world. Every special project is preassembled and tested in the laboratory to simplify the installation on site.

Our Customer Care offers our clients immediate assistance in any emergency as well as scheduled maintenance service to guarantee the flawless functioning of all mechanical and electrical components at all times.
